Deleting your data — Kira Lang

In short
Kira Lang has no accounts and no sign-up, so there is no “server profile” to delete — almost everything is stored in the app’s memory on your phone.
To delete your data, clear the app’s data or delete the app. A subscription, if you purchased one, has to be cancelled separately in Google Play.
1. Delete the data on your device
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Apps → Kira Lang.
- Open Storage.
- Tap Clear data.
Deleting the app entirely has the same effect. The exact menu names may differ depending on your phone manufacturer and Android version.
2. What this deletes
- Completed lessons and learned words.
- Experience points (XP), day streak, crystals.
- The level and interests you chose, and your answers to the questions asked on first launch.
- App settings.
- Reports about AI responses stored on the device (the reason for the report and the text of the response).
This data is stored only on your phone, so once cleared it cannot be restored — no backup exists on our side.
3. Google backup
If Google backup is enabled in your phone settings, a copy of the app’s data may remain on your Google Drive. That copy belongs to you and we have no access to it — you can delete it in your Google backup settings.
4. What is stored on our servers
- Conversation lines with Kira — not stored after the reply has been generated, so there is nothing to delete.
- Technical request logs — anonymised, deleted automatically no later than 30 days.
- Subscription records — stored for as long as the subscription is active, and thereafter for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
5. Subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. It has to be cancelled in Google Play: the Google Play app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kira Lang → Cancel subscription. This is a separate operation on Google’s side and we cannot perform it for you.
6. Deletion requests
